Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on orders over $99 within the United States. Delivery options will be displayed at checkout. 

Orders will have 24-48 hour processing time, and tracking information will be sent once they are processed and shipped.

All orders are dispatched from the warehouse Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm PST (Pacific Time)

Please note: 
    Orders placed after 5 PM PST will be processed on the following business day. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered business days.
    Ground shipping within continental U.S. usually takes 2-7 business days. Please allow additional time for delivery to  Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, & U.S. Territories. Expedited and Rush Shipping are not available to APO/FPO and P.O. Boxes.
    Please verify your shipping address before placing order, as we are not responsible for loss of package due to address errors. If you are experiencing delay or complications to your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier. We are not responsible nor able to make any changes once shipments are on the way.
