Refund policy
At Jardin, we strive to exceed your expectations, but we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. We are happy to offer a 30 day hassle-free return on all orders.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order at help@jardinwear.com.
Once your return is approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps, including where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.
- Be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at help@jardinwear.com for assistance.
Damages and issues
We understand that receiving a damaged or incorrect item can be frustrating. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there are any issues. Our team will work quickly to resolve the problem and make things right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some items are not eligible for return, including:
- Custom products, such as special orders or personalized items.
- Final sale items and gift cards.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We’re happy to offer exchanges for a different size of the same item, subject to stock availability. Simply contact us at help@jardinwear.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the process.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
